The REPL’s handler levels.

A with typed at the REPL prompt keeps its handlers installed around the inputs that follow it, until the level ends. This module is the hook the REPL uses for that; programs do not call it.

Runs the prompt’s following inputs inside the handlers around the call, until the level ends. Its argument packs the values the prompt’s inputs may use. Only the REPL answers it; in a compiled program the call fails.
